1. What printers are compatible with Modix 5 kg and 3 kg spools?
Any FDM/FFF printer that accepts 1.75 mm filament can run our materials. Bambu, Voron, Prusa, Creality, Artisan, Modix, industrial AM systems—you name it.
2. Do I need special slicer settings for large spools?
No. Slicer profiles are independent of spool size. Download our tuned profiles from each product page under “Downloads.”
3. What nozzle size and temperature should I use?
All Modix filaments print reliably with ≥ 0.4 mm nozzles. See the “Technical Specs” table on each product page for exact nozzle & bed temperatures.
4. How much does shipping cost, and where do you ship?
Shipping is free to the contiguous USA (lower 48) and all of Canada.
5. How long will delivery take?
Orders leave our facility within 1–2 business days. Courier delivery is typically 4–5 business days. Pallet freight is available—cost and transit time depend on your location.
6. Are your materials RoHS & REACH compliant?
Yes. Certificates are downloadable on every product page.
7. How should I store the filament?
Keep spools in a sealed dry-box with desiccant packs when not in use.
8. What is your return policy?
If a spool is defective, contact us within 14 days for a prepaid return label. Unopened, non-defective items may be returned at your expense with a 20 % restocking fee.
9. Do you offer bulk or reseller discounts?
